Thank you very much for visiting and for your interest in the NCO College. I am Michael MacIsaac, and I have the privilege as serving as the College's Senior Instructor. In essence, it is my job to oversee the smooth operation of my wonderful instructing staff, the courses we offer, and to do all that I can to make sure that your training experience is valuable, challening, and rewarding -- with the odd bit of fun dashed in here and there, I'm sure!

It is an extremely exciting time to be in this position, and as such my enthusiasm in helping you succeed at the College is unparalleled. Rear Admiral(N) Jason Olson and the entire Training Department are in the middle of re-vamping the courses we offer, the role we play in guaranteeing your success in the Corps and the way we operate, and so in the very near future, the College will become one of the hallmarks of pride for everyone who serves in the Corps as an NCO. Make sure to check back constantly for updates! As of now, we offer the Cadet Junior Leadership and Cadet Senior Leadership courses, both of which are heavily weighted in consideration for promotion. We have also just introduced the Drill Instructor Qualification and the Platoon Sergeant Qualification, two courses which both offer the ability to continue very valuable training and the possibility of putting yourself among those who are most qualified for these positions. Take them, learn something, get the credit for your hard work, and for our friends in the officers' cadre who may not have had the opportunity, feel free to earn this credit as well!
